Dr. Kimberlee Davis received her B.A. in Molecular Biology from San Jose State University in 1985 and her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic-West in 1988. She became a Certified Industrial Consultant in 1990, and has helped many businesses and government agencies to decrease the financial impact of occupational injuries and illnesses.

She is an Associate Professor at Palmer Chiropractic University, teaching Bone and Joint Pathology, Health Care Communications and Occupational Health and Safety. Dr. Davis trained at the University of Washington to become an authorized trainer for General Industry, OSHA, United States Department of Labor. She teaches Occupational Health and Safety at the post-doctoral level for chiropractic continuing education through Palmer Chiropractic University, has been a featured speaker at Palmer Lyceum, and has presented her published papers at Ergocon, sponsored by the Silicon Valley Ergonomics Institute of San Jose State University.

She practices as a chiropractic physician at her clinic, Los Gatos Optimal Health.

Her programs include: job analysis/ergonomic evaluations, OSHA training for general industry, customized injury prevention training, OSHA 200 Log analysis, claims cost summary evaluation, process monitoring, employee absence management-modified task programs, ergonomic case management And health care management (employee injury treatment and multi-disciplinary rehabilitation at the Los Gatos Optimal Health Clinic).
