Although a diagnosis of migraine headaches has been her working diagnosis from another physician, it is always best to perform a complete evaluation to determine a diagnosis. This may or may not concur with the previous diagnosis.

 

The working diagnosis for this patient was tension headaches secondary to hypercontracted upper trapezius and levator scapulae muscles of which she is not aware, poor cervical spine posture, TMJ dysfunction (bilateral fixation) and cranial faults.
