57 yo female patient presented with recent left foot pain and ankle pain and swelling

This patient has sprained the medial ligaments of her ankle which is rare but possible with trauma. She has plantar fasciitis. There are fixations of the foot and ankle from injury and compensations from adapting to mobility with a chronic injury. There is atrophy of the lateral compartment of her leg including the peroneal group, posterior tibialis, and lateral division of the gastrocnemius.
