Manipulative therapeutics to the right TMJ, either low force or manual correction. Address the upper cervical spine and occipital fixations. Use Craniopathy to address the cranial faults. Continuous ultrasound or EMS to relieve spastic muscles in the upper cervical spine. Release of the lateral pterygoids internally with gentle massage using one finger with a finger cot. Referral to a dentist for a night guard to prevent nighttime grinding or clenching.
