  • Previous Diagnoses: Chronic migraines and cervicogenic headaches.
  • Symptoms:
    • Occipital headaches radiating to the temples.
    • Dizziness, visual sensitivity, and nausea.
    • Poor response to cervical adjusting—experiencing weakness and vertigo post-treatment.
    • Chronic fatigue and emotional lability.
  • Patient Concerns: Frustration with previous care providers dismissing her reactions as anxiety or “hypersensitivity.”
