Chiropractic care – adjust subluxations.

Help your patient take some simple, doable, but highly beneficial next steps, i.e., some fundamental diet, lifestyle, and supplementation to help reduce her body’s toxic load, support gut health, and optimize nutritional sufficiency.

Drink an extra glass of water each day.

Eat an extra portion of vegetables each day.

Go to bed a ½ hour earlier.

Take some fish oil, vitamin D3, soluble fiber, and some detox support (silymarin, NAC, a-lipoic acid)

Inquire about the possibility of reducing chemical exposure at work (textile factory) or seeking alternative employment.

Question: If after 6-8 weeks she hasn’t significantly improved (symptoms and/or toxicity score), what tests might you consider at that point?
