72 yo active female presents with pain and tingling at the dorsum of her right foot

In the patient’s history, the position of her body after the fall was taken into consideration. When she fell on her left side, her right hip internally rotated causing her right knee to land in a flexed and valgus position. This caused compression of the lateral structures of her right knee and led to a slight right fibula displacement causing impingement of the Deep Peroneal Nerve.

 

Question: What manual methods and/or modalities would you use to treat this patient and where would you apply them?
