Differential Diagnoses:

  1. Cervicogenic Headache – Likely due to cervical spine dysfunction post-whiplash and muscular strain.
  2. Tension-Type Headache – May be exacerbated by ergonomic strain and prolonged screen time.
  3. Ocular Strain – Due to farsightedness and prolonged computer use.
  4. Postural Syndrome – Muscular overuse and imbalance from extended sedentary activity.
  5. Cardiovascular Etiology – Given the family history and episodic intensity, further evaluation is warranted.

Question: What diagnostic studies would you recommend?
