Working Diagnosis:


Cervicogenic headaches, secondary to cervical spine dysfunction and postural strain, compounded by previous whiplash trauma and chronic ergonomic stressors. Contributing factors may include uncorrected visual strain and potential cardiovascular risk (pending further evaluation).
