63 yo female presents with 8 year history of osteoporosis

Follow-up DEXA in 2025 revealed an increase in BMD of 24% with the lumbar spine T score of -2.4 which is improved from osteoporotic to now osteopenic. The left hip T score which was osteopenic improved to a T score of -0.3 which is normal.
Question: How do we proceed now?
