  • Upright cervical spine imaging (to evaluate mechanical strain)
  • Standard cervical x-rays (to assess alignment and degeneration)
  • Hormonal panel (to rule out metabolic fatigue contributors)
  • Vitamin D and iron/ferritin levels (to rule out deficiency-related fatigue)
  • Consider CBC and A1C as part of baseline systemic screening

 

Results:

Imaging Studies:

Cervical x-rays show mild degenerative changes C4–C7, anterior head carriage, and moderate loss of cervical lordosis.

 

Lab Tests:

Hormonal panel, vitamin D, CBC, and A1C all within normal limits.
