Given the history of riding a mechanical bull, which creates ballistic-type movements and immediate pain you may be initially considering cervical sprain/strain and/or cervical disc/facet involvement.
Question 2: Would you consider any imaging studies at this time or would you begin a trial of care prior to any imaging?
