This patient was diagnosed with Traumatic Brain Injury from a concussion caused by a secondary collision of the brain with the skull after MVC. Moderate – severe cervical sprain with a anterolisthesis of C3 on C4. Temporomandibular joint disease secondary to MVC. Thoracic spine and rib sprains and associated muscle spasms secondary to MVC.
