Case Presentation: Page 4 of 5

This patient also had MRI of the cervical, thoracic and lumbopelvic spine previously performed prior to initiating Chiropractic care. She had mild degeneration in her spine as well as scoliosis but there were no other indications of issues that could be causing her severe hip and leg pain.

Treatment began for this patient’s soft tissue structures. Craniopathy was introduced, low force techniques and ultrasound were performed for her pain. She was able to begin nutritional support for her FMS and sleep. With some of her pain relieved, she was able to find a physician to take her off the morphine and her mental clarity improved dramatically but not completely. Her pain level improved in all areas except her right pelvis, hip, groin and leg. This patient moved to another state before care was complete.

Question: If this patient continued on your office, would you order any other advanced imaging and tests?
