18 yo male patient with R sided leg swelling, bruising and pain

The patient’s right leg was examined. Significant findings:

The patient ambulated with moderate difficulty, and a right sided limp.

Inspection revealed a large >6cm hematoma over the right distal body of the tibia. There was no sign of dislocation.

Palpation of the affected area was very irritable and not well tolerated. 128 Hz tuning fork test was positive for markedly increased leg pain to tuning fork vibration. 

Question: Considering the examination findings, what is your next step with this patient? Is imaging or advanced testing warranted in this case?
