18 year-old female with left shoulder pain
Robert D. Schwer, DC
The patient was a soccer goalie who described the onset of pain after diving to make a save. Both of her arms were overhead as she dove to her left to stop the ball. She was stretched out with her torso parallel to the ground. As she fell to the ground and caught the ball she landed on her left shoulder. She described any attempted movement of the shoulder as painful and that she could not elevate it. She kept it tight to her side during history. She said she had a bruise over the point of the shoulder. Question: What diagnoses are you considering base on this history? Not a registered user of ChiroCredit.com?
