Case Presentation: Page 3 of 4 A working diagnosis of metatarsalgia was made. The treating doctor obtained right foot x-rays and an arthritic profile. The x-rays demonstrated minimal degenerative changes throughout the toes. The arthritic profile was within normal limits.

Question: What is your final diagnosis? What treatment would you recommend?
