Case History:

49 year old woman presents with a life long history of migraine headaches. Pain is consistently worse in the morning. She describes it as bilateral but it can shift from on one side to the other. Ice provides some relief. Pain is described as dull and constant without radiation. Symptoms can be suboccipital or cover the entire head. Previous care has been entirely medical consisting of medication.  Her response was mixed.
