Cervical radiculopathy, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, cervicodorsal sprain secondary to chronic frozen shoulder and/or osteoarthritis, forearm tenosynovitis, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, hand osteoarthritis are all considerations for this patient.

 

Cervical Spine, left shoulder and bilateral hand plain film X-rays were taken on this patient. She has mild osteoarthritis in her cervical spine as well as osteopenia. There is no evidence of left shoulder osteoarthritis. There is no evidence of osteoarthritis in the hands or wrists.

 

Question: What functional testing would you perform on this patient?
