Cervical compression and distraction ruled out radiculopathy.

Adson’s Maneuver was positive bilaterally for Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, left worse than right. Wrights Maneuver for Hyperabduction Syndrome was performed for the right arm but could not be performed on the left due to lack of range of motion. Test was negative. Costoclavicular Test was performed bilaterally and was positive on the left.

Motion palpation was performed for cervical spine sprains which were evident. Muscular palpation indicated spasms of the anterior cervical spine muscles and pectoralis group, and atrophy of extensor muscles, common with osteoarthritis. Atrophy existed in the left rotator cuff. Spasms and contractures were evident in the left subscapularis.

Palpation determined tenosynovitis in the left forearm.
