65 yo female presents with left posterior medial knee pain leg weakness and hip pain

The patient states that her knee and hip pain began gradually and worsened over time. The pain increases with movement and progresses during the day. There is no history of trauma to either the knee or hip. There is no swelling. She has no current diseases or illnesses and is not on any medication. This patient has a history of bilateral adhesive capsulitis 5 years prior. This patient does not smoke. She can not perform exercises due to the pain and weakness in her knee and hip.

 

Question: Based on this clinical history, what are some of the differential diagnoses you are considering?
